Alteration as Design

We don’t see these garments as “used.”

They are reworked, altered, and completed through process.

Original graphics and materials are preserved as part of the garment’s history, then reframed through subtraction rather than addition. The result is clothing that feels familiar, but no longer ordinary.

Why One-of-One

Scarcity isn’t a marketing tool here—it’s a natural outcome.

Once a garment is altered, it cannot be recreated.

Once it’s sold, it’s gone.

This allows us to focus on quality, restraint, and intention rather than volume or trend.

By working with existing garments, we extend the life of materials already in circulation and avoid unnecessary production.
